I just reformatted my laptop but can't access to my internet? I plugged the cable via modem but nothing either. Suggestions guys?

· Operating System 32bit 64bit
· Upgraded to another version of Windows?
· Age of computer system?
· Upgraded any Hardware?
· System Spec?
· Upgraded any Software or Drivers?
· Made any changes recently?
· Installed any new Programs?
· How long has this been happening?
· When does it happen?
· Does it happen when you boot to Safe Mode?
· What have you tried to do to fix issue? if any.
· Do you have screen shots of errors?
· Make & Model of Computer/Laptop

Sounds like you need to install your network drivers. Are Network Adapters showing up in your device manager?
