I went to adjust my system properties on my windows 10 pc,well i looked at the specs and i seen this for my 32bit model that came preinstalled windows 7 premium from a retailer.please see picture below
I don't see the problem.

If you're referring to the 32 bit x64 that's normal for a multi bit processor it just means the CPU can handle 64 bit OS
Ohhh ok thankyou guilty spark, yes that 32 bit x64 is what im talking about : ) we can close the thread now : )
Could i use a 64bit os disc so i can go from 86 to 64bit or will i have to completely reinstal the whole Os?

you will if to install windows 10 64bit OS
You'll struggle to run it on 2GB RAM go for 4GB min.
And yes fresh install would be advisable.
