after sfc /scannow, no problems found. tried open CBS.log file it gives me error message "access is denied", tried restarted computer and tried open CBS.log file again and it gives me error message again

The access is denied message is normal for standard admin permissions, its nothing to worry about.

You cannot open the CBS file in situ. If you copy the CBS file and paste it onto the desktop (or elsewhere) you can open it
