I secured my private files using software Folder lock 7 months ago, creating a portable locker in mu USB drive. Now, When I needed those I forgot the master password for the same. I re-installed the software but it didn't work as it is secured by a portable locker controlled by the software. I contacted the software developer but they said it is impossible to recover the files they don't even have the password recovery option. Please suggest me something about this.
