I'm to upload to one drive the memory dumps that he set up to automatically generate each time there is a crash on the system, can be tedious as the system has got half way though uploading a file and will crash . I basically keep sending him the memory dumps , and he will analyse them the error I git to day refers to a creative USB driver, but I have the latest one installed . He will contact me tomorrow
remove the USB Sound Blaster
