Hi BRitec and all

problem is my parents pc (window7) having problem with malware byte licence wont stay in the system
it not the letters and number they are correct they have the TICKs say it ok when i click ok they wont go in says it the
part where licence goes wont keep it ?? is they a way i can make this works i can take to my parents and fix this issue
because now she says it saying to clean she done it load times cleaning and keep poping up i try different versions
does the same .

I think you should be asking in the MBAM forum as its their software, providing of course that its legit.

Like GS said, Malwarebytes have there own support which is setup to solve these types of issues. Open a ticket on the support page.
