Sounds like your IP range has been blocked by that hosting company. You can access other websites right?

Yes every other website no problem. so how to go about unblock it. what should be the procedure?

you can't do much if the hosting company did blocked your IP range
you will have to wait on still your ip range is release

1.Check your access list if you have or firewall
2.Check your default gateway
3.Try open dns
4.Reset your browser settings
5.Try different browser
