Dear All,

ACER Aspire 5315 Laptop running Windows Vista x32(I also tried Windows 7) after every restart is losing audio driver and then no sound, after that when I reinstall audio driver sound comes back? Please and advice?

Will I get anything from you regarding this problem?

I would look in the device drivers under: sound,video and game controllers. you only looking to see Realtek. strange problem there.

boot up Linux see if you will get any sound

• if you get sound in Linux its software
• if you don,t get sound in linux it's hardware
