I have an issue with aero right click menus on Win 8.1 Update 1.

Looks like you need to install the latest video driver.
ill give it a try and reply when ive done so
ive updated them and still looks glitched like that

Make sure all Windows updates are done.
I have, its still like this, Ill just upgrade to windows 10 unless its not recommended.
I can provide the specs of this laptop (its rather powerful) if need be
Does it look like that in "safe mode" too??
try reinstalling your video driver driver
