can i clean install windows 10? but i don't have legacy+uefi settings on my toshiba laptop bios settings. i bought my laptop with preinstalled windows 8.1 last time
Did you reserve you're copy of windows 10?
Did you repair windows update, because its broken?
Don't install windows 10 unless they have notified you have been accepted for free upgrade to windows 10

i already did reserved copy of windows 10. i bought my new toshiba laptop with preinstaled windows 8.1 last time
Once you have repair windows update successfully, try again.

sure i will try before run sfc /scannow again but i will do it when i get home

repaired windows update, tried sfc /scannow still not fix, tried Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth still not fix, so i am going to download windows 10
