Hello here we go. I had windows 8 and kept getting upgrade to 8.1 so I did. I was looking up things on the net when I wanted to delete a program. I had to restart and doing so brought up the SYSTEM 32 THING.
I TRIED EVERY THING WHICH IS NOT MUCH
Took the computer to the store for repair they told me they could fix without loosing my stuff, not true it looks like he loaded up someone else's stuff now no pictures, no videos, no documents, can anyone help me please THANKS
