when i did the expand d:\i386\ntoskrnl.ex_ c:\windows\system32 it said it can't input it

it because i had set sfc/scanow before that the windows files want rouge in msconfig and other things i can't remember doing and no this have nothing to with the hard drive, i mess it up when i was uninstalling a program i think it was DAEMON Tools Lite and a bad windows update file i don't remember the rest because i had a lot of things going on in my life that were hard to deal with and besides i was able to install files in that drive using my hard drive d to get and see my data

The best solution is to reformat hard drive,why struggle so much ?

Just temporary remove second drive to stop confusion and try the command again. If you still have trouble, boot to a live cd a delete the rogue file and copy in a new one. try copying the file from C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-os-kernel_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.23072_none_ca9ceacae412f5c3
In there will be ntoskrnl.exe file.

Its very hard to see what issues you're having by reading your posts. They are not very clear.
