Its very hard to see what issues you're having by reading your posts. They are not very clear.
i try that way of repairing it

ok you would like to solve your problem and not take the easy way out

but sometimes you have to take the easy out meaning reformatting the drive

I am pretty good at doing tech stuff but I also sometimes have to do reformats

if formating the drive fail then bad hard drive

so far the drive is doing well in tests, that he is testing it at the moment
