Looks like you're drive is bad and needs replacing.

Listen to Brian he know what he's doing. Buy a new hard drive/SSD, plug it in computer and clone disk to your new drove with Macrium Reflect Free or AOMEI Backupper Standard .

if you want to get your data off just boot up linux
you should be able to access the drive

You really need to do a full scan of that drive to determine if it is bad, you screen shot shows the drive is damaged. You say Seatools wont run, maybe because drive is bad. You have got to test that drive.

Your original post shows right there that your drive is damaged. Those red blocks are not good. That drive cannot be trusted!

the drive may not be complete dead it's slowly going bad
you don't want to wait when it's complete dead because your data will be dead too |
