JavaScript Alert Virus
#1
Sad
Hello Please Help me please
I have a very annoying pop-up entitled “JavaScript Alert” which I need help with please.
I have undertaken a Google search and it comes up with various results but they are all talking about “editing” and I don’t really understand anything about that.
I have numerous screen grabs of these things, but because I am a new user I don’t believe I can upload them till I have “X” amount of posts similar to other Forums.
If I am told otherwise I will upload them.
These pop ups even occur when I am not running I.E , they just will just suddenly occur for no reason, i.e. I can be sat doing something unrelated to the computer like going to make a cup of tea or something like that and I will get an “alert sound” to say something has happened.
When this first started I undertook a normal scan, nothing detected.
I then undertook a “Safe Mode” scan using K.I.S nothing detected.
When these pop ups arrive I do not click “yes” or “no” or “confirm” or “cancel” or “ok”  to clear I always click the cross in the top right hand corner.
Just lately I have found that if I don’t clear it and drag it elsewhere on the screen it does not re-appear.
Each one of these pop ups comes with a different website address at the top, which I am sure has got nothing to do with the pop up.
I do not open email with attachments or links from people who I don’t know.
I currently run the following;
Windows Home Premium
I.E 9
K.I.S 2015
Office 2010
I am the only person to use this machine
Has anybody else ever had any of these pop ups and if so how did they get rid of them?
Note to Mods
If this is in the wrong section I apologise in advance and can you please move it to the correct section thanks.

Thanks for that
