Thank you for your advice Crompton it is greatly apreciated, so from this last I can proceed to hide my PQservice partition again as I can do it through the acer recovery software on my desktop or laptop if versions are the same

don.t do the factory from the HDD

because it may be corrupted

then boot from the USB flash drive and run the factory restore
