Error 0xc0000428 winload.exe

Can someone please help?! None of the above work

Thanks for the response britec! I've tried the fixboot, fixmbr, rebuild etc. all said completed successfully and I've even tried rebuilding from scratch but I still get "file: windows\system32\winload.exe

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file.

Please help or someone know a solution

Any chance of a pic of the disk management?

Is the HDD in question the internal HDD?

What was the tutorial you followed?

Have you tried to copy the winload.exe file from the install disc?

To be honest I didn't really follow a tutorial, I thought I knew what I was doing as I have a decent amount of knowledge but this is beyond me. It's my internal hdd. My iPhone won't let me post a picture because the file is too big. I haven't tried to copy the winload file as I don't know how :-(

Awwwww for Christ sakes!! I just used hirens to try locate the backup bcd and restore it. It said it was successful and now it's saying no bootable device found!!!!

Check Boot settings to make sure the correct option is being used.

Do you have a linux Live disc you can boot into? This would show the partitions at least to see if they have been chopped up.

If you have a Installation disc (or can borrow one, make sure it's the right bit 32(x86) or 64) and try these procedures:
https://www.coderforlife.com/projects/win7boot/restoring_winload/

This will also give the option of using Diskpart if necessary to display what partitions you have.
