Recovery Partition Red

Hello
I`m a new Subscriber,Thank-you for all that you do, My recovery partition D: has turned red the last few Days, I just starting using " Blender " I have Checked the best I can that no programs are writing to Partition D: I went to the Folder options so I could see what was inside the Recovery Partition here is that Screen-shot.

My operating system is
Windows 7 64 bit i7-4790 32gb ram

I would appreciate your insight

when you say turning red you talking a about running out of space?

Yes Red as in Full.
This Morning the recovery drive is back to normal (Blue in Color ). I should have waited before contacting you guys,Thank-you for the link I appreciate all that you Guys do to Help others.
