How To Put viruses on vm's safely?

Hey i wanna test some viruses on some vm's.

You aparantly dont connect it to a network! Please help me how not to
clear clear steps!

once you dont share files between the guess and the host operating system you should be ok

the host is your main operating and the guess is your VM operating system

in some cases you would disconnect it from the network because you don,t want more malware coming in

in the real world you would download a set of malware removal programs

put them on a flash drive disconnect  from the network

then run the malware removal programs from the flash drive

but since you are testing in a VM you should not share flash drive between the main operating and the VM

what you can is to download a set of malware removal programs in a folder before putting viruses on it
