how to repair all dll,s in win 7 64bit

Hi there, I tried to fix my dll problem with your you tube video and got stuck. At the end you ask to find $patchcache$ but don,t ex plane what to do if I have them whith I do Could you please help me.
It,s from the: Fix Windows Errors by Re-registering All Your DLL's by Britec video.

Michael, What problem are you having? missing .dll 
have you tried system restore? and have you run sfc /scannow

If you want to delete files in $patchcache$ you will need to stop Windows Installer Service and then restart it when you have finished.
Open an elevated command prompt and type the following command.


Code:
rmdir /q /s %WINDIR%\Installer\$PatchCache$

IMPORTANT: DO NOT delete %WINDIR%\Installer
