Question re. "Build a Custom Windows Installation Disc" video

I've just finished making a Win 7 Pro x64 disc after following one of Britec's latest videos. Just wondered if I need to do anything special with the .iso file I have, or can I just transfer it to a usb stick and it'll be bootable? Or do I need to use something like Rufus for this process?

yes you will need to use rufus to write the iso to a flash drive

you will also need to change the setting in the bios to boot from the flash drive

if you have it on a disc already just change the bios setting to boot from CD/DVD
