Hi Compton and welcome. Can you please post your system specs. You can post your specs yourself or follow the simple guide below.

I have seen GuiltySpark request system specs using this tool and I think members who are asking for help should post specs.

How to Post Your System Specs in the Forums Using Speccy

Posting up your system specs takes some of the guess work out of trying to help with solving your computer problems. Using Speccy by Puriform is one of many ways to post your specs.

Download Speccy by Puriform to your computer. (I recommend the portable version)

Extract the zip folder and run the executable (32bit or 64bit)

Click on "File" on the top left and select "Publish Snapshot"
NOTE: AT THIS POINT YOU COULD SIMPLY HIGHLIGHT THE DATA SHOWN IN THE SUMMARY WINDOW, COPY TO CLIPBOARD AND PASTE IN YOUR MESSAGE OR SIMPLY POST UP A SCREENSHOT OF THE SUMMARY WINDOW. PROCEEDING WITH THE FOLLOWING STEPS WILL GIVE MORE OF A IN DEPTH DESCRIPTION OF YOUR COMPUTER.

Click "yes" when prompted to proceed with publish

You will be presented with a link and a option to "Open in Browser" to view your results. Select "Copy to Clipboard" to copy the link provided.

When you are ready to post your specs select the "Insert Link" icon at the top of the message area or simply paste the link in the message area.

Of course once you are happy with your message and your Speccy link is posted you can click "Post Thread" or "Post Reply".

Windows 7 has a built in memory diagnostics tool.

Click Start>
      Control Panel>
      Administrative Tools>
      Windows Memory Diagnostics>

It will prompt you and recommend that you choose the restart now and check memory for problems.

I would start of with the basics.
  • tcpip.sys could be corrupt (run sfc /scannow)
  • Re-install networking drivers
  • Check dump file with whocrashed
How to run System File Checker (This works for Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8 or 8.1)

  1. Click Start > All Programs > Accessories, right-click on Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator.
  2. A black prompt box will open with a blinking cursor.
  3. Type "sfc /scannow" and hit ENTER.
  4. System File Checker will begin scanning for errors and system file problems (be patient - it can take a while to complete).

How to Rebuild TCP/IP Stack

  1. Click Start > All Programs > Accessories, right-click on Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator
  2. A black prompt box will open with a blinking cursor.
  3. Type "netsh winsock reset catalog" and hit ENTER.
  4. Next type: "netsh int ip reset reset.log" and hit ENTER.
  5. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
How often do BSOD happen?

It possible malwarebytes is the causing both of these crash dump files.

Maybe try MBAM Clean Removal Process 2.x
