Get a decent AV which blocks those sites if you're worried.

#3
Run Antivirus Program, Malwarebytes Pro and a Firewall and WOT and you should be a lot safer.

What does Chrome have to do with anything? Nobody mentioned Chrome.
Look for free AVs and ask on their forums whether or not they support site blocking. I know BitDefender Free does but you can only get it in certain countries.

Hi this may be of sume help it may not but I will try.
You can get free AV's like

Avast
Eset (Nod 32)
Comodo Internet securty and Firewall plus Ice Dragon Browser
Norton
Zone alarm
Kaverskey

But I would also try Spybot. I use all of Comodo, Maelwere bites and Spybot and I run a scan with all once a month needed or not I also run Cclean and Adwcleaner.

I hope this has been of some help. Sorry about the spelling Cool
