Strange Computer Issues!

Hi All here are my specs:

AMD Ryzen 2600
16gig DDR4 Memory
Corsiar 750watt PSU
R930 Graphics
MSI B450 Gaming Motherboard
2 SSD's
3 HDD's
Creative Z Sound Card

Had the new parts in Bold since March this year, but it's recently causing some strange problems!
Basically if I've finished coming out from playing a game like for example GTA5 the System Performance is really slow!  Like if I'm on Youtube the Audio/Video gets very choppy, I then hae to reboot.  The Boot times with my SSD's should take seconds, I have to literally wait for almost a minuite to get to my desktop! Then one of my HDD's vanaishes from my Computer!  I re-cecked the cables and powered on boots normally and the drive is back online.

As far as I can tell theres nothing wrong with the drives themselves - this appears to be a hardware problem of some sorts - Brian if you are around any ideas what could be the problem here?

Try disconnecting all but the main ssd and see if you have the same problem.

A while back ago i had a system that started up really slow like 15 to 20 minutes to boot well come to find out after disconnecting one of the drives my system booted up a lot faster so something with hd wasnt registering with my computer.
