Error when I try and re-register .dll files

Copy the data you wish to keep to an external HD and re-install the Operating System. No dis-assembly/Re-assembly necessary.

hmm ok i will do it... can i copy my data to an internal hdd because i have one???

You can copy your data to any drive besides the one you are formatting.
