Welcome to the forum SunnyBabaoo.

First, why are your re-registering all of your .dll files?

You can repair a particular area with Windows Repair Tool

Please Perform a Proper Windows Clean Boot Before Running Repairs!

Try this link recover from a corrupted registry that prevents Windows from starting
It works with all windows, also I have done videos on fixing corrupt registry

You need to do a repair install with your windows install disk when you are logged into your windows account.
Brian has a video on how to do this.

You could also try a chkdsk /f /r command from the windows recovery environment from boot up if you want.

If you have tried a repair install and it did not work and your still having issues after trying what I suggested, you have no option but to reformat and rebuild the operating system.
