Optimal settings for my nvidia graphics card

Im trying to figure out the most optimal settings my my nvidia graphics card can someone help?

Notes: ive added a couple pictures and a couple text files hoping they'll help (i favor performance over quality if that helps)

Depends on what you think optimal is really. I think the default settings should be okay
