What is the highest you have overclocked that chip and be stable?

Remember no computer setup is the same and overclocking results may vary, the key to success is to take small steps and test regularly and know when your hardware has reached its limits.
You are not going to be able to overclock that CPU without adding some voltage to CPU. It is already at 4.7GHZ. Never go above 1.55 volts or you will shorten life of that hardware considerably. Also watch the voltage on your memory. Try this guide: Important: The memory settings in that guide are for 2436Mhz. you have 1600Mhz so you will need to make a small adjustment. If you not overclocked before, here are some things to consider.

It's all about baby steps. Bump your clock speeds gradually and stress test after each bump with prime95 or other cpu stressing software. Always keeping an eye on temps. If you start to encroach on the TDP of that chip you want to hold there. Do not exceed the TDP as you will damage the chip however today's chips protect themselves for the most part. Stability is also a key when overclocking. If you start getting blue screens don't panic as you will probably need to bump the voltage at maybe .2 increments not to exceed 1.55v
Seeing how it is already overclocked out of the box I think you will be hard pressed to get much more out of it. Let us know how it goes.
