Windows Update is not working

Hello Everyone

I have a customer that keep getting an error code (80072f8f) and can not do any Windows update.
Here are some of the steps I have already taken.

1. Synchronize and adjust computer clock.
2. I ran Microsoft fixit (Microsoft fixit stated that the problem was resolved, but still getting error code 80072f8f
3. Ran sfc Scannow.

Do anyone if any idea on how to fix this problem.

Did you check time and date in CMOS make that is set correctly
