please I would like to know how do I disable the Windows 10 Creators Update notification pops up?

I ran a Farbar Recovery Scan on my system because it seems a bit glitchy and in my frst.txt log i noticed a bunch of arrows with the word attention so i ran eset online scanner and came clean but hitman pro is telling me utorrent is malware but other than that im clean. so what do you guys think?

Step 2: In the pop up menu click on Command Prompt(Admin)

   

Step 3: In the Command Prompt (Admin) Type "wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey" (Without Quotations) And press enter

   

Step 4: You should now see your windows product key

   

Microsoft has discontinued provides to download Windows 10 Anniversary Update, please i would like to know where i can download Window 10 Anniversary Update from at? Because of Windows 10 Creators Update is very slow and little unstable
